IMPRESSED CURRENT CATHODIC PROTECTION (ICCP)
Sehong Impressed Current Cathodic Protection (ICCP) is an advanced marine system designed to protect ship hulls and offshore structures from corrosion. The system operates using a direct current (DC) power unit, inert (mixed metal oxide) anodes, and reference electrodes. It completely halts rusting and electrolysis by delivering a controlled electrical charge through the water to the metal surface. While reference electrodes continuously monitor the voltage of the metal surface relative to the water, an automatic control unit self-adjusts the current in response to changing water conditions. Widely preferred for vessels such as tankers, cargo ships, and passenger liners, as well as for offshore oil platforms, this method safeguards all submerged metal surfaces against galvanic damage.
MARINE GROWTH PREVENTION SYSTEM (MGPS)

The Sehong Marine Growth Prevention System (MGPS) is an advanced system designed to prevent the accumulation of mussels, barnacles, algae, and other marine organisms within a ship's seawater piping. The system consists of specialized copper, aluminum, or iron anodes installed in sea chests or seawater strainers, along with a control panel that supplies a low-voltage current to them. Its operating principle is straightforward: copper anodes dissolve via the electric current and release ions into the water, effectively preventing microorganisms and larvae from adhering to pipe surfaces. Simultaneously, dissolving aluminum or iron anodes form a protective layer on the inner pipe surfaces, thereby inhibiting corrosion and rust. Offering superior safety through its pressure-resistant and leak-proof design, the system ensures the efficient operation of ship cooling systems without the need for crew intervention, thanks to its fully automated functionality.

SHAFT EARTHING DEVICE (SED)
