XTronica Ship Control and Stabilization Systems is an integrated automation platform developed to maximize the operational safety, stability, and efficiency of vessels in the modern maritime sector. The system is equipped with Anti-Heeling (XT-AHS) technology, which ensures the vessel remains balanced during loading, unloading, and navigation by automatically managing ballast water transfers or powerful thruster systems to precisely maintain deck level. The CControl architecture—offering real-time fluid monitoring, remote valve control, and load sequence optimization—integrates with AI-driven routing algorithms to ensure error-free ballast operations. At the heart of the system, the CLoad 3D loading computer performs real-time analysis of intact and damaged stability criteria, air draft, and structural strength limits using advanced 3D hull modeling. While the Tank Level Measurement System continuously monitors liquid quantity, volume, and density variations via remote calibration and self-testing capabilities, the Hull Stress Monitoring module contributes to navigational safety by tracking global load limits and bow accelerations.
